Stroud House Bed & Breakfast - Freshwater

Staying at stroud house killed it! Sarah, the host, was super friendly and. Her breakfasts were delish, especially the homemade granola and fresh fruit. The room was super comfy and the house had so much charm, it was like a cozy getaway. We also loved her recommendations for local hikes and places to eat.

The only downside was there were steep stairs , made it tough with our luggage. We wished we had more time to explore because one night was just too short.

Sarah was an very nice host, cute us with tea and homemade banana cake! The breakfast in the sunny conservatory was amazing, especially her fresh granola and the cooked breakfast made with local produce.

It wasn't cheap, but honestly, totally worth it.

The character of the building could use more distinctive decor!!! The steep stairs made carrying luggage a hassle, which could easily be improved with some thoughtful upgrades!!!

the stay here was very enjoyable with suggestions for an enjoyable stay. the location was peaceful and ideal, just next door to the lovely garden and local restaurants and places of interest and right at a launched roller coaster we wanted to see. furthermore, on a bus route to explore the island easily.

Breakfast was rich, really enjoyed the position.

The location was quiet - just walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go. Plus, it was near a bus stop and the rooms were extremely spacious and delightful: )

One drawback was the absence of a television, which could be a downside for some guests. Only a single night's stay felt too short to explore the area thoroughly.
